XROBOT Academy is a growing robotics and coding education company based in Brisbane.
We empower young minds through hands-on learning in robotics, coding, and AI.
We are now expanding our teaching team and looking for passionate instructors who love technology, creativity, and education.

🔹 1) Robotics & Coding Instructor

What You’ll Do

  • Teach students (primary to junior high) robotics, coding, and STEM concepts.

  • Deliver engaging classes in Scratch, Python, LEGO Robotics, VEX IQ/V5, or Drone Soccer.

  • Guide students through projects and competitions.

  • Communicate with parents and maintain class quality.

What You’ll Bring

  • Passion for education and working with children.

  • Good communication skills in English (Mandarin a plus).

  • Experience with any of the following: Scratch, Python, LEGO, VEX, drones.

  • Valid or willing-to-obtain Blue Card (Working with Children Check, QLD).

🔹 2) Mechanical Engineering Mentor

What You’ll Do

  • Mentor students in mechanical design, structure building, and control systems.

  • Support robotics competition preparation and prototyping.

  • Maintain teaching kits, tools, and workshop safety.

What You’ll Bring

  • Background in Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Robotics Engineering (student or graduate).

  • Hands-on building and problem-solving skills.

  • Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., Fusion 360) is a plus.

  • Valid or willing-to-obtain Blue Card (QLD).

🔹 3) Software / AI Mentor

What You’ll Do

  • Teach coding fundamentals in Python and algorithmic thinking.

  • Introduce AI and robotics control programming to students.

  • Help develop teaching materials and small demo projects.

What You’ll Bring

  • Background in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Solid understanding of Python programming.

  • Familiarity with robotics platforms (VEXcode, MicroPython, Arduino, etc.) preferred.

  • Passion for STEM education and innovation.

📅 Teaching Schedule

  • After-school classes: Monday–Friday, 4:30 – 6:00 PM

  • Weekend workshops: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

  • Holiday bootcamps: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (approx. 80% of school holidays)
